and form in the everyday objects around me.” Seeing Georgi`s talent, his parents sent him to The Professional School of Stage Arts, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Five years later, the young artist moved to Sofia (capital of Bulgaria) to find more exposure to his art. He completed his MA in Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. As an outstanding student, Georgi Kolarov was invited to participate in a student exchange program and visited Massachusetts USA among other places. Inspired by the coasts of Cape Code, he began to paint Seascapes and had both artistic and commercial success with the sea-themed paintings in Bulgaria. Georgi`s main focus is oil on canvas. In addition he specialized in 3d animation and graphic design. The works he has executed so far are witness to his gradual development in technique, moving from heavy and dark tones similar to those of the old masters, to a new style using numerous strokes of color lightly applied to the canvas. With immense imagination, profound understanding of color and light and accuracy in architectural detail, Georgi has continually delighted the art world with his compositions. As of 2015 Georgi held six solo exhibition in Bulgaria and his artworks are in many private collection in USA, Germany, France, Canada & Australia.
