to their daughter Tiffany. The natural beauty and ambiance of the area caught his attention, igniting his desire to capture what he saw on canvas. Harra paints with a desire to recreate a scene as Mother Nature intended it to be. His self-taught techniques portray all intricate lines, shadows and color tones. His paintings take months to perfect before he is pleased with the finished product. In 1995 their son, Christian Harra moved to Colorado and opened up Miner's Claim Restaurant in the small town of Silt, down valley from Aspen. This has brought Chuck on many visits to Colorado's unforgetable western slopes and his love for the beauty of Aspen trees and rocky mountain views took hold. Harra has been a featured artist at St Augustine and Ponte Vedra art shows and 1st Friday Artwalks. His work is currently shown in many area establishments and in Aspen, Colorado at Royal Street Fine Art Gallery.
